Within the project “Implementation of the new structure for the Citizen Care in Uden”, the municipality of Uden and the ONS welfare work together to improve the process from the perspective of the customer. I was alerted by colleagues to Good2Consult. According to them, they could provide added value in the area of optimization of business processes. In the conversation with Good2Consult it was proposed to use the “customer journey mapping” tool for our process redesign. We have been working as an organization for several years to think about how we can measure the effects of prevention and social health. Good2Consult has given practical substance to measure this. The result of our work is not only measured in customer journeys. They have also developed a model to express the results quantitatively compared to budget spent.
